Yes. The direct quote is longer than 40 words, introduced and indented. It is cited correctly.
Note that quotation marks are NOT used around an indented quote, and the period comes before the in-text citation. That is opposite of a short quote, where the period comes after the in-text citation, following APA Style.
Check the style manual you are following for punctuation guidance when direct quoting.
