Books in the Catalog have LC subject headings (they're like permanent hashtags).  

  • For example, the book record for How to Have a Good Day includes LC SUBJECT links which lead to other books about the same topic.

Articles

Articles in library search engines (databases) like Academic Search Complete have hashtags called thesaurus terms. They help narrow down results. Thesaurus terms are located on the left hand side of your search results page.
