The official publication of the American Society of Criminology. The journal is interdisciplinary in nature, devoted to crime and deviant behavior, as found in sociology, psychology, design, systems analysis, and decision theory as applied to crime and criminal justice. The major emphasis is on empirical research and scientific methodology, and article reporting on the original research are given priority.

The Journal of Criminology is an international peer-reviewed journal in the field of criminology. Originally published under the title of the Australian and New Zealand Journal of Criminology, it expressly seeks to publish innovative theoretical, empirical and policy-oriented research from around the world, as well as maintaining a strong commitment to high quality research in the Australasian region.

This journal addresses issues of social harm and social justice, including work exploring the intersecting lines of class, gender, race/ethnicity, and heterosexism and oppression.

Theoretical Criminology is a major interdisciplinary, international, peer reviewed journal for the advancement of the theoretical aspects of criminological knowledge. Theoretical Criminology is concerned with theories, concepts, narratives and myths of crime, criminal behaviour, social deviance, criminal law, morality, justice, social regulation and governance.

Criminology & Criminal Justice is a leading, peer reviewed journal of original research and thinking in the field. The journal seeks to reflect the vibrancy of the disciplines of criminology and criminal justice throughout the UK and internationally. It publishes work of the highest quality and academic rigour from around the world and across all areas of criminology and criminal justice. It is interdisciplinary in nature, and is devoted to providing an international forum for critical debate and policy discussions of criminological and criminal justice research findings.

Criminal Justice and Behavior (CJB), peer-reviewed and published monthly, promotes scholarly evaluations of assessment, classification, prevention, intervention, and treatment programs to help the correctional professional develop successful programs based on sound and informative theoretical and research foundations.
