Public History & Museum Studies

Since its creation in 1906, AAM has provided work and volunteer opportunities to those interested in museums, while also taking the lead in the development of best practices and museum advocacy.

As part of the National Center for Cultural Resources Stewardship and Partnership Programs, MMP provides access to virtual park museum exhibits, as well as museum publications and collections held by the National Park Service.
